We had an incredible experience with Big Roofing! Their project manager Jeremiah came out to inspect our roof and went above and beyond. They identified some exposed nail heads and even took the time to caulk them right there on the spot. What really stood out was their honesty—no sales pitch, no pressure, just a genuine professional doing the right thing.

What a wonderful experience! We had a down spout come off from the wind. Gave them a call, Chuy came out the next day and fixed it right away. Very friendly & professional. Will definitely use them again for any gutter/roofing issues.

BIG roofing did an incredible job! I will definitely be referring them to all my friends and family. Matt was extremely friendly and made the whole process very easy. I thought this was going to be a very long and stressful experience, especially when dealing with my insurance but Matt and his team handled it all. I cant thank you enough for all your hard work!

After a summer storm I called BIG Roofing to inspect my roof. They came out the same day, documented damage on my shingles and gutters and recommended I reach out to insurance. Later Chuy at BIG Roofing met with my insurance adjuster and pointed out the damage. Insurance agreed with the assessment from Chuy and agreed to replace my gutters and roof. BIG Roofing took care of the rest. Communication and installation were well done. I would recommend!

I noticed a water stain on my ceiling after a hail storm. I called Big Roofing, and they came out to look at it the bext dsy and tarped over the leak. They met the insurance inspector here to make sure insurance would cover the damage. We only had to wait a few days (not weeks!) for our new roof. It looked a mess while they were working so I was a little afraid it wouldn't all get cleaned up, but the guys did a fantastic job. Not a scrap or stray nail to be found, and everything put back in its place. And the roof looks really nice! I'd definitely recommend them.

House was completely Sided and looks great! The project manager Brandon Johnson was very helpful and thorough, and checked in with me frequently on the project. The staff found a place on the fascia that was cracked, and they took the initiative to order the correct material and fix that also. The workers were very polite. Highly recommend!

Brandon Johnson did an amazing job on our project. Couldn’t have asked for a better easier company and person to work with.

I used a different company to replace my siding. After it was completed it rained and I had water coming through my living room ceiling. I called the company I had used they said it was not caused by the siding being replaced. I contacted Matt with BIG Roofing. Matt and Steve came out that next day and discovered it was due to the new siding. Matt notified the company that I had used and showed them where the problem was. He also made sure that they fixed it correctly. I would definitely recommend Matt with BIG Roofing.
